Per zone. Group commands: riders write “process damdar”, “damdar ready” or “handover 100234” in the Telegram ops group. Auto-assign: when the rider is out delivering and nobody accepts a new order in time, Cruise gives it to him — regular customers are confirmed, new customers get a call first. Teach Cruise words & nicknames
Cruise already understands typos and half words (procs, hndovr, redy, dmdr). Teach it anything else riders write: a status word (rdy = handover) or a store nickname (dmd = Damdar Bites).
